As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on marketing sourced leads. You are a critical part of the sales team. You will drive awareness and interest in our Live Buyer product in a territory and work closely with the marketing and inside account executive teams to build a healthy pipeline of meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or solicit new potential customers.
Initiate contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing.
Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
Build a pipeline of eligible title companies/ closing attorneys
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
Manage PowerPoint presentations and sales demos
Negotiate with customers by phone and email
Close deals, managing the contract process with in-house and customer counsel
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
To be successful, Sales Development Representatives at must have the following:

Genuine curiosity about people, marketing technology and business, with excellent listening skills.
Strong track record of performance in a previous role or in college. SaaS knowledge, ecommerce, or sales experience is a major plus.
Detail oriented, organized approach with an ability to manage time effectively. Must be able to remain focused in the face of many competing interests.
A competitive nature in some field (e.g. sports, chess, music, etc). A positive attitude and desire to win are a must.
An affinity for sales. Self-driven and highly responsible
Self-awareness. You are coachable, implement feedback, and want to improve.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
