Inside Channel Sales Specialist
Reporting to the Director, MSP you will engage with channel partners to identify new sales and enablement opportunities while helping the channel partner understand Duo’s offering and how to best deliver Duo to their end customer. Additionally, you will help operationalize this support by finding opportunities for Duo to deliver self-service capabilities for the partner community.
Responsibilities
- You will offer timely responses for our partners
- You will provide technical enablement to clear the path for Duo deployments
- You will respond to program and operational inquiries
- You will analyze and report on the breakdown of the different types of requests our partners send us
- You will create self-service tools and templates to ensure that the Duo Partner team can continue to grow our efficiencies within our channel business
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales and/or service roles
- Experience crafting and implementing process
- 2+ Years experience within software or SaaS
- Experience working with the IT channel preferred
