Who you are
We are looking for someone who wants to work for a startup during a period of significant growth and has experience cold calling. You should be very comfortable talking to prospective customers on the phone and able to articulate company value in a friendly and persuasive manner. You should be full of energy and don’t mind organized chaos as things rapidly evolve and change in the startup atmosphere.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales revenue by new client acquisition specific to the For Sale By Owner market.
- Cold call prospects and follow up with leads in a timely manner.
- Adhere to existing follow up systems, and collaborate to improve them or create new systems.
- Educate your prospects on real estate and how we can provide value.
- There is no lead generation, so you’ll focus solely on closing (inbound and outbound) leads rather than searching for clients.
- 1+ year of cold calling experience.
- Familiar with real estate and understands the home selling process (being a licensed agent is a bonus).
- Tech-savvy, motivated, and a “do-er”. The position will require the candidate to become a licensed real estate agent in Texas within a few months after being hired.
