Who We’re Looking For

The Inside Sales & Customer Success Lead is an independent worker with

drive, commitment, and a strong sales abilities as well as a sense of technical and product knowledge. Who will be able to manage Sales and Customer Success Representatives as well as make and receive calls with the intent of promoting and selling company products and services and assisting the customer in their daily needs.

What Your Responsibilities Would Be

Sales Lead (70%)

  • Manage the Sales team
  • Outbound calls to hot leads 
  • Present the product options in a clear and concise manner
  • Perform daily KPI’s as set by the manager
  • Perform product demos for the company as needed

Customer Success Lead (20%)

  • Manage the Customer Success team
  • Determine the best plan of action needed to resolve a problem
  • Create and follow through on support tickets for cases when developer attention may be necessary
  • Ability to understand technical challenges and make educated recommendations
  • Miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned

Leadership (10%)

  • Safeguard and promote company values, vision, mission, and culture
  • Encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Promote an energetic team oriented environment

What Requirements Do You Need

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of inside sales experience, B2B preferred 
  • Salesforce experience (CRM, Chat, & Customer Support)
  • Comfortable on phones
  • Able to multitask
  • Willing to learn
  • Comfortable managing people as well as a varied workload
  • Great attitude
  • Coachable

What Your Salary Would Be

  • $35,000 annually, plus commission
