The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an experienced team of sales associates and lead generation specialists to meet and exceed targets. The successful candidate will be highly skilled at coaching and developing team members to success. This position will be primarily responsible for guiding a team of advisors in our Career Training Program product family working to help individuals advance their career prospects.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities include but are not limited to

· Collaborate with HR Department on interviewing sales candidates, making hiring decisions, and onboarding/ training of new hires

· Set objectives for Admission Advisors Team and monitor performance of team in relation to established objectives

· Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and provide timely and productive feedback, coaching, and performance documentation

· Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate and qualify leads and close new deals.

· Implement and manage new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to increase conversion rates

· Provide weekly metrics on key performance indicators and communicate to all levels of management

· Provide a superior level of customer service

· Overall team management; supervise/ lead AA team in accordance with company values, processes and procedures

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 7+ year experience in a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Quantifiable track record of superior performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly learn standard business practices related to Sales processes and systems (sales cycle, CRM, reporting, forecasting, etc)
  • Ability to work collaboratively on special project teams
  • High level of discretion in working with confidential information
  • Demonstrated ability as a self-starter with an exceptionally strong work ethic that allows the candidate to thrive in a challenging, fast-paced work environment with little day-to-day supervision and guidance.
  • Strong written and oral communication skill

Our office is located less than two miles from Austin's famous Pennybacker Bridge on Capital of Texas Hwy with amazing views of the hills of Austin.
