The Role
Overhaul is seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Sales Manager to scale and develop our fast-growing team of inside sellers. You will be responsible for new customer acquisition and revenue growth of our newest technology product. This role will offer the opportunity to scale a team quickly, tripling headcount within 12-months.
Responsibilities
- Manage the hiring, coaching, and development of the inside sales team.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the team, including live call coaching and mentoring, in-depth understanding of the team’s pipeline, key metrics and conversions.
- Identify opportunities and provide recommendations to help further improve our processes, with the aim to increase productivity and efficiencies of the team.
- Develop playbooks, talk tracks, and email templates to support efficient and optimal outreach and drive program success
- Conduct personal and career development discussions with the goal of grooming and preparing high performing inside sales reps for the next steps in their sales career.
- Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage the business, including team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data to generate team reporting and accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with relevant business teams to align on go-to-market and product development
Requirements
- Passion for high growth and challenging environments

- Relentless work ethic with a get stuff done attitude
- 3+ years of sales leadership experience at a technology company, leading an organization of inside sales representatives
- Proven leadership, mentorship and coaching skills
- Track record of leading a team to exceed assigned targets/ quotas/ goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategy and results to stakeholders
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients combined with technical aptitude
- Experience in early growth stage company with desire to make an impact
- Comfortable in both player/coach positions
Nice to Have:
- Carrier sales or supply chain experience
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
