About the Role

  • As a Sales Professional, you will sell on behalf of our brand partners. These will be inbound phone calls from residential customers shopping for home services.
  • Your goal is to establish rapport, deliver maximum product value, overcome hesitations, and close the sale in just one call
  • We'll give you all the tools you need for success – paid training, proprietary technology, dynamic scripting, and expert coaching.
  • As a Sales Professional, you will be compensated in the form of guaranteed base pay + uncapped commissions. On average, our SPs earn in the $32,500 - $36,000 range in their first 12-months.

    • Additionally, you may earn $2,500 in Onboarding Incentives as a new employee!  

    • Guaranteed compensation will be paid based on the following timeline:

      • 1st Incentive:  $1250 for being actively employed on the pay date following the 45th day of employment.
      • 2nd Incentive: $1250 for being actively employed on the pay date following the  90th day of employment.
