Inside Sales Representative (Social Solutions)

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Develop new leads through research, cold-calling, networking, and strategizing with contacts and prospects for nonprofit agencies within your territory
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through follow-up calls, emails, and social media
- Present and demonstrate product via Zoom
- Contact leads provided by the Business Development team
- Manage a business plan for a designated geographical region by keeping prospect records current and active in Salesforce
- Partner with Solutions Specialist team for complex demos
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- At least 1 year of sales experience (tech background valuable but not required)
- History of goal achievement and a self-starter attitude
- Knowledge of the public sector or experience working with nonprofits is a plus and may substitute for direct sales experience
- Bachelor's degree valuable but not required
