We are looking for a passionate sales professional that will work alongside the VP of Operations to contact Members that need to update their billing information to renew their Membership. This is an outbound phone sales role with high visibility to executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to current Members (no cold calls) to assist in renewing their Membership by updating their billing information. Call volume is typically 50-60 calls per day
  • Have the ability to articulate Membership, our community, and the benefits of being a Member in order to help new Members join or existing Members remain in the community
  • Communicate with Members who have indicated a desire to cancel their membership, listen to their feedback, articulate the value of remaining in the community, and tailor suggestions/offers to help them remain onboard
  • Consistently evaluate Membership experience to identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years sales experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • You have experience working with Executive-level clientele
  • You are comfortable in a role that is primarily on the phone (NO cold calls, but lots of outbound calls)
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and while you are proficient in sending professional emails, you are not afraid to pick up the phone to resolve an issue
  • You have knowledge of the travel industry, including airline, hotel, car rental rewards programs
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort in an open office environment, we are the definition of an “open door policy”
