Rev.com is looking for driven, energetic, and resourceful individuals to join our rapidly growing sales team. Over the past year, we have more than doubled our revenue, and we will double it again this year.

This is a hybrid inbound & outbound sales role where each rep makes a significant impact on revenue and direction of the team.

We want people who are passionate about selling, uncovering opportunities within new markets and new customers, and helping chart the future course of the organization. We expect our sales reps to be curious, tenacious, and coachable. We are looking for highly ambitious individuals who are excited by a role with unlimited upside earning potential.

You Will:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from cold calling to facilitating online product demonstrations to getting new customers started

  • Independently manage a pipeline of new business with multiple accounts, utilizing Salesforce to document progress

  • Manage and close both inbound and outbound opportunities

  • Develop new customer relationships via cold and warm outbound phone calls & email

  • Use a thoughtful, consultative sales approach to make sure Rev is the right solution for each customer

  • Close business to achieve and exceed quarterly targets

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and growth-oriented personality

  • 1-2 years inside sales experience, ideally at a startup

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to operate independently

  • Willingness to adapt to and embrace changing business priorities

  • Eagerness to educate and engage both customers and colleagues

  • Degree from a four-year University
