Inside Sales Representative
In this role, you will:
- Complete a 5-month development program designed to get you ramped up on the third party logistics industry; no prior industry experience required!
- Successfully position Arrive to acquire new business through aggressive lead generation and outbound inquiry.
- Skillfully negotiate rates with customers for a variety of transportation services, including FTL, LTL, and Intermodal.
- Respond to sales inquiries and use your knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all related accounts and delegate accordingly.
- Report to your sales manager and collaborate with the entire sales team.
- Bring a growth-oriented, win-the-day attitude to the sales floor.
The ideal candidate is/has:
- 1+ year(s) of experience in an inside sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
- A knack for building strong relationships with businesses and decision makers.
- Prior knowledge of sales cycles and strategies.
- Strong written & oral communication skills.
- A analytical problem solver who sees issues as opportunities.
- High energy and a win-the-day attitude!
