As an Account Executive at Rethink, you will serve as a consultative sales rep for our prospective clients. You will be responsible for executing a sales strategy that is designed to quickly bring on aligned target customers and accelerate our growth. You will not only sell our product but also advise prospects on why they need to modernize their processes and consult them throughout their buying decision. If you are a competitive and driven individual who wants to cut your teeth in closing sales at a fast-pace and high-growth company, then the Rethink Sales team is the perfect fit.

What You'll Do

  • Own the entire client sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Qualify inbound leads, determining their appropriate strategy with your team
  • Deliver resonating demos
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, provide awareness to all available resources and tools
  • Execute our defined strategies, but also help identify ways we can improve them
  • Maintain an up-to-date pipeline
  • Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
  • Become a pivotal role in the growth of Rethink
  • Learn the Commercial Real Estate industry, Salesforce, and the Rethink platform inside and out

Who You Are

  • 1-2 years of sales experience or a strong desire to transition into sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Competitive, driven, and hungry
  • Strong work ethic, but you also love unwinding after work, celebrating a big win, and competing in "office sports" like ping-pong, March Madness brackets, etc.
  • Thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing demands
  • Self-motivated and data-driven decision maker with a strong focus on execution
  • Knowledge of the Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of enterprise application software and/or CRM is preferred
  • Ability to maintain focus on a high-stakes sales call while dodging nerf balls is a plus
