Overview of the role:
The Jr. Renewals Specialist will play a crucial part in helping the business maintain a scalable approach to maximizing customer revenue for our small-to-medium business customers. The most successful candidates are those who thrive in an environment of constant change and those capable of meticulously maintaining meaningful data for internal stakeholders about customer revenue, risk, and retention.
What you’ll do:
Manage portion of SMB customer base to identify risk and expansions, and streamline communications to deliver a holistic customer experience and retain recurring revenue
Work with Programs team to run ongoing campaigns to target risk, growth, and retention
Run ongoing calls with customer base for purposes of risk management and account reviews
Collect and report all customer feedback received during conversations to internal stakeholders
Maintain SFDC/ChurnZero and serve as a Customer Success department liaison to the Kazoo Revenue Operations, Finance and Sales teams, to support with overage contracts, invoices, and order forms
Order form creation for all customer integrations, expansions, and renewals
Send order forms via Docusign
Monitor and maintain account health for customer base, utilizing ChurnZero
Keep detailed records of which customers have been contacted, for a universal view of communications (sales reference, case study, overage, renewal, etc)
Alert internal stakeholders of at-risk accounts in customer base
Support a seamless and positive customer experience and renewal process
