The Role

The Key Account Manager position is both intense and rewarding. It focuses on teamwork and culture within the office, but mainly on maintaining and growing some of the largest accounts in the Meltwater client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies, to Government departments and national organizations which are household names.

Our goal is to create positive, long-lasting relationships through customer engagement with the product to increase the overall value of their service. This involves training, onboarding and being a valuable resource to all of your clients, ensuring they are truly successful in their endeavors using the Meltwater platform. We encourage proactive outreach to clients, face–to-face meetings, and regular contact, to ensure that our clients trust us to look after their needs through their existing subscriptions and beyond.

Salary Structure: Base Salary + Bonuses + Commission = ~$125,000 OTE

Skills Needed

· University degree (any discipline) with strong academic results

· You are comfortable working with enterprise customers in designing new processes and implementing technology.

· Minimum two years of experience in B2B Account Management and/or Sales

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

· Natural leadership qualities

· You place the customer at the center of every problem and design solutions that meet their needs

· Impeccable time management skills with a proven ability to work autonomously

· Strategize ways of strengthening the relationship, increase loyalty, and increase account penetration.

· Sales experience
