Lead Development Representative (LDR)
Chiron Health is looking for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) who will be responsible for identifying doctor’s offices that are a good fit for our telemedicine platform (follow-up appointments over video chat). You will be prospecting new business and meeting an assigned quota of “sales ready” tele-qualified leads.

- Responsible for screening leads for sales
- The role will require regular interaction with doctor’s offices and use of Salesforce
Responsibilities
- 70-100 outbound calls a day
- Identifying key pieces of information about the doctor's office that will be helpful in the sales process
- Setting appointments for our Inside Sales Representative (ISRs)
- Updating information about existing leads in our system
- Effectively managing personal pipeline
- Consistently tracking to and/or exceeding quota
Requirements
- College degree
- At least 3 months previous sales or customer service experience
- Telephone skills (as in, not afraid to pick up the phone and call someone)
- Work together as a team to grow the company and each team member
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong computer skills
