WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Report to Global Head of Partnerships & Alliances (UK based)
  • Work as part of an established global team
  • Maintain and grow alliance relationship with EPAM's strategic MACH partners and Acquia across North America at multiple levels including senior stakeholders
  • Develop and support overall GTM strategy for MACH and Acquia alongside a dedicated expert practice team and partner marketing
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, technical competencies, and marketing teams to establish strategic marketing and growth plans, ultimately opening up new pipeline opportunities and achieving EPAM's partner status KPI's
  • Align with EPAM solution experts in order to develop offerings and influence growth at select EPAM accounts, working with a dedicated Channel sales team
  • Set expectations and achieve KPI on initiated and influenced partner revenue
  • Track successes and initiate joint customer stories
  • Work collaboratively with sales and marketing to represent EPAM at various events
  • Understand and manage partner's deal registration and status evaluation criteria


REQUIREMENTS

  • 7+ years Sales and/or Alliance's experience in Digital technology
  • Some experience and solid understanding of composable/MACH technology
  • Experience in Solution Integration (SI) sales environment and partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills
  • Must be a "People Person"
  • Experience managing relationships, business development, pipeline, and processes
  • Some travel required - mostly NA
  • Understanding of Marketing and Business Development Initiatives
  • Works well independently and has a competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional
  • Flexible, proactive team-player attitude a must

ADDITIONAL

  • Depending on the position, EPAM employees may need to work at a client worksite or an EPAM office.
