Manager, Customer Sales
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our growing team. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!
About the Role:
Manage a team of 6-10 closing Corporate Account Managers.
Coaching AM’s on sales strategies, techniques, and best practices for expanding customer revenue.
Guiding AM’s on fundamentals of customer success and satisfaction.
Forecasting accurately to management by capturing, maintaining, and disseminating accurate and relevant opportunity information using Salesforce.com and Clari.
Collaborate with operative peers across functions (including the Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, Services, Customer Support, and Product Development) to enable successful customer relationships that secure the renewal and maximize upsell and cross-sell potential.
Recruiting and training of new Corporate Account Managers.
Meet with customers as a point of escalation to ensure they are receiving the value they expect from CrowdStrike’s security services.
Help AM’s identify and effectively target the cross-sell whitespace in their customer accounts
What You'll Need
Minimum 5+ years Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company
Experience with Salesforce reporting
Track record of leading a successful team
Ability to teach and coach in a collaborative workspace
Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment
Cybersecurity experience is a plus
Channel Sales experience
