What you’ll do at TrendKite:

  • Mentor your team on the tools needed maintain strong, long-lasting advisor relationships with key accounts, key buyers, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Coach your team on developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas
  • Make data driven decisions based on KPIs
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions per customer needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) while keeping up-to-date and tracking accurate 30/60/90 day pipelines using CRM Salesforce.
  • Prepare account status reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Forge partnerships with other cross-functional teams to leverage their subject matter expertise to solve client challenges
  • Travel on a as needed basis

What you MUST bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of Account Management experience with Fortune 1,000 Accounts
  • 2+ years of managing an Account Management team
  • A proven track record of success in managing a large Enterprise Accounts with gross retention, upsells/cross-sales, net revenue, planning and forecasting
  • Experience leading weekly account status meetings with internal team and client stakeholders
  • Be a curious individual, passionate about driving high-quality solutions and focused on meeting client expectations
  • Must be a highly productive, self-starter with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Be an energized individual who is able to motivate and coach a team to approach competitive scenarios and negotiations with creativity and finesse
  • Ability to create and manage documented processes and procedures and make decisions accordingly
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively while possessing excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal interpersonal communication skills, with acute attention to detail
  • BA or BS required
