Manager, Sales Development
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game!
General Responsibilities:
The Sales Development Manager is a front line manager whose responsibilities include:
- Managing team of 8-9 Sales Development Rep (corporate and enterprise)
- Coaching reps on strategy and technique
- Working with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit
- Working with Regional Directors and Managers Corporate Sales on territory development
- Work with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners
Qualifications:
- Experience as a team lead or manager of a frontline sales team
- At least 1 year of closing experience for a technology company preferred
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMO
- Track record of leading a successful team
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment
- Understands the cybersecurity landscape
- Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
- Project manager experience is a plus
