We are looking for a world-class sales manager to lead our team of install base sellers to new heights. We are an industry leader in financial risk management – providing software solutions and services to help banks and credit unions combat financial crime. With your vision and practical experience, you will help your team to drive expanded deployments of our software and services across our existing client base.

What You’ll Do:

  • Developing and executing on a strategy to drive install base sales growth.
  • Recruiting, managing, inspiring, and leading a team of 6-8 sales professionals.
  • Coaching and developing your team through call-shadowing, 1:1 coaching, and KPI/metrics reviews.
  • Staying actively involved in the sales cycle and bringing in senior leadership and other additional resources as needed.
  • Taking a data-driven approach to understanding your business and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrating stellar pipeline management and forecasting skills.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of proven success as a builder and leader of high-performance install base sales teams.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to hire, coach, motivate, and mentor. You are an awesome recruiter and company builder.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and business acumen; you are data-driven, deeply curious, and hungry for insights into how your business is working and where it can improve.
  • Energy, creativity, and enthusiasm. You think outside of the box and love to solve problems. You lead by example in terms of your work-ethic and attention to detail.
  • Experience helping install base sales professionals to take a more strategic, proactive, and value-oriented approach to selling. You are a strategic thinker and a closer.
  • BA/BS degree from an accredited institution; MBA a plus
