Market Development Representative (Spanish Speaking)
RigUp is hiring a Market Development Representative in our Austin office. The ideal candidates for this role is a teammate who is passionate and performance driven. You will join a marketing team that works closely with sales teams across multiple business units. MDRs are responsible for driving adoption of the RigUp offering within our network (B2B). If you're passionate about building relationships, getting your career started in technology sales, and are energized by a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you! MDRs are responsible for the front-end of the sales process: lead generation, opening new forecasted pipeline and qualifying opportunities. The MDR team supports Account Executives across different segments of RigUp’s business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Qualifying inbound leads and routing opportunities to Account Executives across multiple business units
- Handling inbound phone calls, chats, and form submissions in a timely manner
- Working closely with marketing as well as sales to convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) into Sales Accepted Leads (SAL)
- Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline through follow-up calls, emails and social media outreach through multiple CRMs
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual growth goals
- Continually build knowledge of RigUp’s offerings
- Travel: This is an office-based position with minimal travel requirements

- Speak fluent conversational Spanish
- Experience qualifying sales opportunities

- Salesforce experience preferred
- Outreach, Salesloft experience helpful
- Knowledge and interest in energy markets helpful
- Bachelors’ degree preferred
