AffiniPay is looking for a Marketing/Sales Ops Coordinator to join our Marketing team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing team and company, and will work directly with our sales and marketing teams to help maintain database health by implementing campaign tracking and creation, operational strategy, list improvement, and lead process management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and scrub prospect lists, upload leads, and review for duplication
- Build marketing programs and campaigns, create tracking URLs
- Assist with tradeshow lead management, emails, and follow-up
- Assist with Sales Team system needs, technology changes and updates, and training
- Own data hygiene and assist with improvements and reporting
- Assist Team in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Work well with other teams and adapt quickly to changing requirements, ambiguous requests, and tight deadlines - establish processes for accommodating recurring requests
Requirements:
- 1-2 years relevant work experience/internships
- Proficient with Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with staff at all levels, giving and accepting constructive feedback
- Salesforce experience a plus
- Marketo experience a plus
- Experience working directly with sales teams, understanding common sales terms and methodologies, a plus
