Partner Operations Associate

| Austin

Shopgate is looking for a Partner Operations Associate to join our business development team. Reporting to the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development, this newly created position plays a critical role in supporting the business development and partner onboarding processes in the US and EMEA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day tactical operations associated with partnerships to ensure the operations are aligned with the goals of the company.
  • Assist in creating and managing innovative, scalable Partnership Operations processes and workflows.
  • Work with the company's senior leadership team to gather key operations and process requirements
  • Deploy processes and workflows and ensure process compliance from partner managers and sales team members
  • Responsible for the organizational management of pipelines and reporting for the partnership team in both US and European markets.
  • Improve productivity by evaluating and implementing partner management tools or programs.
  • Responsible for day to day activities associated with onboarding of new Partners.
  • Act as direct point of contact and assist in cross-functional support of Partners to ensure success.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments.

  • Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1+ years of business experience
    • Familiar with salesforce.com or understanding of CRM
    • Must have experience working in channel organizations
    • Intellectual curiosity and a knack for solving problems
    • An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to get your hands dirty
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
