Role Purpose
As a Partner Technical Solution Advisor on our Pre-Sales team at Workfront, you will be responsible for supporting the pre-sales and business development team in various ways by building and crafting solutions with Partners and clients through the design, development, testing and deployment of various types of integrations and solutions needed by Partners and Solution Advisors both internally and in the field. What You Will Do
3-6 months:

  • Complete Workfront technical certifications and fully ramp on technology, API's and implementation methodologies; start to develop and contribute domain expertise and project work to internal knowledge exchange
  • Work with Pre-Sales to showcase platform capabilities that require technical build beyond the scope of configuration
  • Participate in business development activities by assisting with creation of prototypes, integrations and solutions
  • Build integrations for demonstration purposes, utilizing Fusion or our APIs
  • Build reports and data visualizations that require builds and integrations via the API or third-party platforms


6+ months:

  • Deliver new ways to improve how we merchandise the platform, specifically around integrations with various other products and with partners
  • Extend the platform to build new solutions
  • Be the technical conduit between Partners, Product, and Infrastructure
  • Responsible for overall demo environments as it relates to design and performance
  • Provide client and Partner-facing presentations around Technical Architecture
  • Keep current with trends on how we and other organizations demonstrate technology and develop a POV on standard methodologies
  • Practical Workfront platform hands-on
  • Platform Certifications (Workfront Required)


Desired Proficiencies and Experience

  • Six+ years experience on integration teams and architecting solutions
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to business value
  • Proven experiences and mastery skills in at least three of the following:
  • Workfront or other solutions (e.g., CA Clarity, ServiceNow, Asana, Wrike, etc.)
  • Proficiency in relational databases and reporting tools


• iPaaS, SaaS, ERP Software

  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions meeting sophisticated business requirements
  • Experience in evangelizing integration methodologies and supporting business case justification to C-level executives
  • Comfortable with deep-dive technical discussions and concepts to elevate to higher-level technology conversations
  • Experience contributing to creative concepts and new insights
  • Ability to optimally architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams
  • Experience with Proof of Value workshops or implementations
  • A track record of exceeding goals successfully
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business concepts
  • Attentively listen to others; adjusts to fit the audience and the message
  • Establishes trust in an open, friendly and accepting way
  • Adapts or shifts priorities in response to the needs of clients, constituents, or the organization
