What You Get To Do

Spruce is seeking a Partner Account Manager to work collaboratively with our Service Providers (SPs) to support their growth and development. You’ll work to help SPs to improve the quality and efficiency of their team members by gathering data insights and managing daily interdepartmental communications. Service Providers are the most valuable asset we have at Spruce, and this role is crucial in ensuring that they are taken care of and are supported in the partnership.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account or partner management, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be comfortable gathering and presenting information and data to support Service Providers while aligning with Spruce’s goals. You’re an empathetic person that can see the value in taking the time to understand issues as they arise.

 

You Can Expect To

Build relationships with Service Providers across various markets and manage daily communication to ensure escalations are being addressed quickly. 

Compile data from sources including Looker, Salesforce and Spruce platform to help inform and guide the success and growth of SPs.

Provide regular check in meetings with SPs to ensure they are kept up to date on any changes or updates to Spruce practices and discuss any challenges they may be affecting their teams performance. 

Onboard and train new SPs on the Spruce Platform and operations.

Provide ongoing input to Management in developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies.

 

Who You Are

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

1-2+ years of experience in account or partnership management. 

Proficient in Google Suite. 

Knowledge of Salesforce and Looker or similar data management software a plus.

Communication: You adapt communication style and manage difficult conversations and diffuse conflict

Relationship Management: you understand partners and customize engagement approaches; you are able to diffuse difficult, high-pressure, or contentious situations quickly; willing and able to have direct and frank conversations with partners. 

Partner Advocacy: you demonstrate a ‘partner-first’ mindset and work to create “win-win” situations for SPs and Spruce. 

Planning and Quality Delivery: you prioritize and manage tasks with minimal assistance and direction; you meet all team commitments and goals and demonstrate willingness and capability to take on additional tasks. 

Internal Collaboration: you work well with cross-functional teams and use and build internal networks
