Must be comfortable talking to executive team, newspaper executives, peer group, engineers, product team and the food delivery person.
Have the ability to provide creative solutions to our customers
Must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact and build relationships with media executives to improve customer retention and sell them more stuff;
- Serve as subject matter expert and consultant for clients in order to help them improve their business and recognize the full potential of our products;
- Communicate client concerns and feedback to Engineering, Support and Executive teams;
- Client retention and client relationship management;
- You love to win, crushing quota and excelling under pressure;
- You have 1-3+ years experience in managing complex enterprise accounts and,
- Coordinating implementation for new accounts.
SALARY:
This position offers a salary of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunity to earn commission. We are looking to fill this role immediately.
