Partnership Development Representative
Darwin Homes is a real estate technology company focused on redefining the single-family rental home experience for both owners and renters. We are leveraging our property management software to generate better returns for property investors and improve the living experience for Darwin residents.
Single-family rental (SFR) homes in the United States currently comprise 37% of the total occupied rental market. Despite recent institutionalization of this asset class, retail investors, "Mom and Pop Owners," still constitute 98% of the available rental home market (17m SFR homes) and do not benefit from a professional, national platform for property management.
We are looking for someone to source new rental properties to add to our portfolio and expand outreach within the local community. Ideally, this person will have a sales background and the desire to grow within the company as well as possessing a strong real estate interest or background.
What you’ll do
- Source leads for rental homeowners who may be interested in partnering with Darwin Homes
- Sell homeowners on the value of partnering with Darwin
- Work with both internal and external product, sales, operations, and marketing teams to drive to successful partnership outcomes
- Own the end-to-end sales process for properties in the Texas market, and beyond;

What you need
- Bachelor's degree or higher;
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
