The Partnership Development team is focused on building the company’s pipeline by finding the best partners with the greatest products and growth potential. By outbound prospecting, relationship building, and on-boarding new vendors, this team aims is to place $1M in initial purchase orders with our net new partners each month. 

As a Partnership Development Specialist, you will:

• Assist Sr. Partnership Development Managers by executing front end research and identifying products/suppliers, then tracking them within the CRM while maintaining a high level of data integrity.
• Identify highest potential products within key product groups/subcategories via Keepa, Amazon, etc.
• Generate and provide leads to senior management
• Partner with Senior Partnership Development Manager in initial outreach and supplier engagement.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of tools and processes to streamline vendor onboarding and hand-off processes.
• Make internal partnerships across teams to understand and improve process flow.

• You have researched/prospected new clients.
• You have process management and improvement experience.
• You have CRM utilization experience.
