Cart.com is establishing its partnerships team, and looking for core team members to take ownership and drive partner success. The Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations (project management, scheduling, reporting) for the partnership ecosystem as well as supporting the Partnerships Manager in developing and effectively scaling partnership channels.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple partnership workstreams while tracking progress against key timelines & milestones
• Coordinate meeting & schedules with partners and internal teams
• Manage follow-ups with select partner relationships and coordinate cross-functional internal communications
• Assist the Partnerships team in providing weekly impact reports for each partner and tracking partnership activity and results
• Assist day to day of a range of partner marketing channels in collaboration with Partner Marketing Manage
• Potential path to Partnership Manager or Partner Marketing role

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple workstreams (partnerships, business development, sales support, account management, consulting); experience ecommerce a plus
• Highly organized and can bring structure to disparate sources of data
• Team-oriented, self-starter, resourceful, communicative, and demonstrates grit.
• A self-starter who isn’t afraid to jump right in and take ownership
• Demonstrable experience with project management, with cross-functional expertise

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
