This Program Manager role serves the Sales Enablement team at Sprinklr. We are looking for an experienced Sales contributor with a passion for developing people. This position will be responsible for managing sales enablement programs, facilitating development sessions, and designing various sales content to enable our sales’ teammates to reach their highest potential.

The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, possessing advanced writing, presentation, and organization skills. They will be asked to build and maintain relationships across Sprinklr to limit the barriers and help transfer up-to-date information to our Sales team. More than just a project manager this position will be responsible for developing, designing, and managing various sales onboarding programs, ongoing sales workshops, sales enablement events, and development sessions. As is the case with most Sales Enablement teams, we expect all members of our SE team to pitch in and help get the job done - even if it’s out of your comfort zone! 

Candidates for this role must possess a growth mindset and love to help others succeed. A support role (and team) of the highest order, we are constantly thinking of creative ways to serve our new and tenured Sales teammates.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and facilitate weekly and on-demand development calls to deliver timely Sprinklr sales topics that are intended to upskill Sprinklr’s Sales teams. This requires working closely with SMEs, developing sessions, and producing slideware.
  • Craft compelling Sales messaging derived from the Sprinklr playbook, that ensures consistency and clarity, while instilling confidence in our customers (internal teams).
  • Draft sales scripts for messaging playbooks, video content, slideware, etc.
  • Design Sprinklr Onboarding content & curriculum to meet and improve upon Sales’ time-to-productivity goals for its new Account Executives and Solution Consultants.
  • Create compelling slideware to present important sales information at scale.
  • Support Field Enablers (ILT) with design, curriculum, and strategy for each ILT course owned by Sales Enablement.
  • Project manage various Sales Enablement initiatives (programs) during each fiscal quarter.
  • Manage, coordinate, and possibly facilitate the enablement sessions for yearly field and leadership summits.
  • Design eLearning content and collateral for Sales and Sprinklr field members.
  • Edit and manage video recordings from meetings, role plays, and training seminars to host in our LMS/CMS.

Preferred Skills:

  • Design: Google Slides; Powerpoint, Adobe creative suite, Camtasia, Video editing
  • Copywriting: Advanced writing and grammar skills (English)
  • Presentation skills: Ability to stand and deliver, no matter the topic. Facilitation skills highly desired.
  • Adult Learning Theory: understand how adults learn and best retain information
  • Enterprise Sales Processes: write, strategize, and deliver information from a Sales point of view

Experience:

  • 3+ years in Sales Enablement, and/or 5+ in enterprise sales role.
