The Acquisitions team is looking for a candidate who preferably has a sales/real estate background with 2-4 years of experience. You will be working on the buy-side acquisitions platform in the single-family residential real estate sector. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Regional Acquisitions Representative, assisting in a variety of functions with the goal of increasing single family rental acquisitions while supporting our brand

  • The one thing the Acquisitions Specialist should specialize in is dealing with motivated sellers, creating win/win results for both us and the Sellers, and getting contracts signed.
  • You will also be pro-actively networking for deals in any way you can, such as Distressed Home Owners, Owner’s looking for a quick cash sale, pocket listings from realtors and networking with other wholesalers and getting contracts signed!
  • Salary, Benefits, Car Allowance and Leads provided. This is a Dallas based position and there are Regular Zoom meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Go on appointments with homeowners and acquire properties
  • Manage leads within our customer relationship management software (CRM)
  • Complete daily task within the CRM (mostly follow up calls)
  • Pre-appointment planning by running neighborhood comps
  • Build rapport
  • Takes pictures and video of every property inside and out
  • Weekly sales calls

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years working in the wholesaler environment acquiring homes direct from consumers.
  • Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people
  • You will work in the various targeted neighborhoods so you will need a car.
  • Saturday appointments may be required
  • This is a Dallas based position
