The Acquisitions team is looking for a candidate who preferably has a sales/real estate background with 2-4 years of experience. You will be working on the buy-side acquisitions platform in the single-family residential real estate sector. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Regional Acquisitions Representative, assisting in a variety of functions with the goal of increasing single family rental acquisitions while supporting our brand

  • Diligent and tenacious follow up while carefully nurturing of all buy opportunities
  • Must be able to successfully build rapport, assess behavioral types and adapt as needed
  • Engage with homeowners in a skillful, sincere, and knowledgeable manner using disciplines such as DISC assessments or equal
  • Negotiate with homeowner to arrive at mutually beneficial purchase offer
  • With a company car allowance the Rep will spend 70-80% of their time allocation driving to buy appointments or door knocking qualified addresses
  • Contact potential clients by door knocking, cold calling, emailing and social media activity
  • Consistently log activities as well as update/maintain thorough CRM records
  • Maintain, apply, and grow from offered training
  • Expertly qualify inbound inquiries and proactively prospect into named accounts and territory
  • Maintain a pipeline of sales leads by researching accounts and relationships
  • Follow/handhold properties through lifecycle of closing process
  • Assisting in the overall completion of assigned tasks from HQ / Acquisition’s team admin

What you’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or equal industry experience Knowledge of real estate (2-4 years' experience) Strong verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with internal and external professionals Candidate should be extremely detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment to complete tasks quickly and effectively Capable of handling multiple tasks at once Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Valid driver’s license
