Role Description

Dropbox’s Customer Success team brings our customers a unique mix of technical and business insight to help accelerate deployment, adoption, customer retention and growth of Dropbox. You will have the opportunity to drive quantifiable impact on our business by helping our customers transform how they work, and as a result, contribute to Dropbox’s customer retention, renewal and up-sell rates. Responsibilities

  • As the Regional Lead of Customer Success, you will report directly to the Global Head of Customer Success and will be part of the Global Customer Success Leadership Team.  
  • You will have line management for a team of 8 Customer Success Managers.  As part of the Customer success Leadership Team you will drive initiatives with global impact.
  • You and your team will be accountable for helping customers achieve their objectives with Dropbox including by driving post-sale customer deployment, education/training and deepening customer engagement with our customer value based solutions. 
  • You will have the opportunity to have a meaningful impact with a diverse group of customers.
  • This role will collaborate closely with Account Managers to support Dropbox business objectives including driving customer retention and growth.  

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent practical experience. MBA highly preferred. 
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently; Spanish and/or Portuguese a plus.
  • 7+ years of Customer Success or similar experience with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading global transformational initiatives and cross-functional partnerships across sales, legal and finance. 
  • Excellent communication and people management skills with demonstrable experience in building high performing teams
  • Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities including experience with basic modeling.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems in addition to familiarity with sales cycles and how Customer Success can contribute to business growth.
