Tenfold Regional Sales Managers will drive strategic sales initiatives into a set of named enterprise accounts.

Outcomes:
- Articulate the business value of Tenfold to functional stakeholders. Own pipeline generation, develop new opportunities, create and execute account strategies, close enterprise-level deals and manage expansion opportunities.
- Achieve full-quota on or before your ramp period, then continue to exceed quota
- Work effectively within a team environment to maximize revenue potential, drive customer success and ensure customers are vocal advocates
Competencies:
- 5 - 10 years selling enterprise software, with majority being in SaaS
- Business-facing applications experience preferred (vs. IT infrastructure only)
- Selling to multiple-stakeholders, with a C-Level approver
- Proven ability to build champions with $1M+ TCV deals (or $500k+/ARR)
- Small company experience; ability to build pipeline and operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Proven ability to have delivered C-Level presentations outlining value-based business cases
- Must be able to articulate the sales process that was used to build pipeline and close business
- Experience selling through the channel is preferred, but not required
- Consistent over-quota performance and high W2 income track record of above OTE achievement
- Stability – Proven history of being a top performer in a company for multiple years running
- Interaction with senior executives across multiple industries
- Strategic, solution and challenger sales capabilities that support selling to the C-Level
- Travel 50%+
