UiPath is hiring for a newly created role- Renewal Account Manager- whose key responsibility will be to drive account renewals in advance of their contract end date and executing all renewal back-end work in a timely manner. This requires the ability to work closely with Sales, Customer Success and other functions that support customers in order to maximize the opportunity across all customer segments

  • Ensure successful customer retention and renewal for all accounts in the assigned territory with close collaboration with your Sales counterparts. Successfully understand and articulate the value of our products to technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Generate quotes and commercial contracts with accuracy Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins, identifying new business opportunities and consultatively selling new services. Decide when and how to collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve client issues.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with your Sales and Pre-Sales counterparts
  • Monitor overall account health and satisfaction and proactively engage internal teams to ensure that satisfaction remains high
  • Responsible for accurate forecasting of all renewals under management

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar /related function (e.g. SaaS Inside Sales, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Contract Renewals) that includes direct customer interaction, pricing and negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across a wide variety of roles within an account
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • High level of accountability, proven ability to take ownership and solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability
  • manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Advance skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SalesForce experience a preferred
