  • Participate in forecasting calls and monitor sales pipeline and activity to forecast work to be sold and talent needs.
  • Assign resources needed for technical work sold and consult with business unit leads for assignment of account management and other specific roles.
  • Coordinate the internal hand off between Sales and Delivery for every deal closed, and assist in day-to-day resource communication and scheduling with relevant stakeholders across the Delivery team.
  • Act as the internal owner of the resource management system to establish best practices for configuration and use. Support ongoing maintenance and updates of the system as needed.
  • Monitor for time tracked and audit tracked time on a regular basis and coordinate with business unit leads and senior management for escalations and change management.
  • Keep resource management system up to date as new talent is hired or transitioned into different roles.
  • Keep the skills list associated to each team member up to date in the resource management system, including reflecting current certificates.
