Sales Development Manager at Khoros
The Sales Development Manager will oversee and grow a team of 9 SDR's to generate qualified leads and expand the sales pipeline. This individual will be a leader who understands how to overcome common obstacles SDRs face, learned from direct personal experience exceeding targets.

- Hire, train and develop your SDR team
- Lead your team to exceed their respective monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Hold each SDR accountable to defined performance plans
- Coach team on prospecting, qualification and meeting generation
- Measure and continually find ways to improve process and performance
- Work with marketing to create and implement programs
- 2-4+ years of experience in sales development
- Proven record of sales success in a SaaS role
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Experience growing hiring and developing a world class SDR team
- Experience with CRM solutions: salesforce.com preferred
- Experience with Sales Enablement Platforms: outreach.io preferred
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Enthusiastic leader with the ability to inspire others
- Deep understanding of generating pipeline through outbound activity
