The Sales Development Representative will work closely with Enterprise Sales to help build and attack assigned territories. The primary focus will be to conduct outbound sales to key targets within a territory, qualify and pass inbound leads, and help drive efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Outbound to key Enterprise target accounts
- Contact inbound leads and qualify or nurture them to begin the sales process
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communications to move the leads over to the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect records within SFDC, including activities, call tracking, and notes
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional associations
- Other duties as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1-year experience in either Cloud Infrastructure in SaaS environments
- Experience selling to the provider, payer or pharma space a plus
- A proven track record of success
- Understanding the drivers for customer cloud adoption
- Previous work experience in a complex sales cycle environment
- Superb business development and negotiation skills
- Positive, “can do” attitude
- Team Player

- Experience in Cloud Healthcare Hosting Solutions
- Experience working with HIPAA regulations
