The Sales Development Representative is responsible for the qualification and distribution of all marketing inbound (warm) leads at GoDaddy. This role provides the inside sales team with the leads necessary to achieve their goals, as well as managing the pipeline of worked leads for maximum sales efficiency. As Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be a key link between our marketing and sales teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Determine if inbound leads meet our sales criteria

  • Investigate inbound leads online to find key information on their social pages to help close the deal

  • Problem-solve as issues with leads arise, such as duplicates, bad phone numbers, etc.

  • Find and report on trends for both the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and close rates

  • Manage the workflow of individual sales reps as well as the team as a whole

  • Ensure the data quality of all leads and deals

  • Test new strategies for segmenting existing marketing leads into workable queues

What it takes to be successful:

  • Someone who lives our values

  • Someone who wants to make a big impact for local businesses AND be part of a winning team.

  • 1-2+ years sales and/or sales development experience

  • At least 1 year of Salesforce experience

  • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly goals

  • Degree preferred
