StreamSets is looking to add to its team of top performing SDRs that drive pipeline and spread the gospel of StreamSets. You will be responsible for account penetration through a combination of outbound cold and warm calling, and messaging through platforms such as Outreach.io, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.  

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Qualify outbound opportunities and develop a strong demo pipeline via phone and email communications.

  • Develop and execute on cold calling and email campaign strategies to qualify potential customers as a match for our Big Data technology.

  • Meet monthly qualified opportunity goals to ensure company revenue objectives are met.

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the StreamSets technology, industry trends, and competition - you are excited to work in this space and driven to keep learning more.

     

Requirements

  • Exceptional attitude and competitive, driven work ethic

  • Aptitude to learn nuanced messaging and positioning of a mature technology platform

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fearless attitude when it comes to picking up the phone

  • Motivated to get in at the ground level of company with a very promising future and being a part of architecting our future inside sales strategy  

 

Nice to have

  • Some previous sales or marketing experience 

  • Some Big Data tech knowledge
