We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in Austin with 0-2 year of sales experience.

 

Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy seeking challenges, and be comfortable being measured against quotas. Most importantly, candidates must be comfortable researching  new customers, cultivating relationships, and educating prospective customers.

 

About You:

We're looking for an energetic, committed, over-achiever who wants to get their foot in the door at a fast growing, venture backed startup. You'll be responsible for driving revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong consultative relationships with large automotive dealership groups, channel partners, and/or OEMs

 

We're looking for go-get it closers who blow through objections and recite sales scripts in their sleep while dreaming of closing landmark deals. If you come with a competitive, adaptable, and hungry spirit, we can teach you the rest!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound prospecting (80-100 calls per day)

  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop successful prospecting strategies

  • Maintain flawless data management and hygiene within Salesforce

  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications

  • Create new processes and refine existing processes through innovative thinking

  • Identifying key buying influencers within prospects to determine budget and timeline

 

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of sales experience

  • Strong communication, analytical, and listening skills, with a positive and energetic phone presence

  • Willingness to roll up their sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward

  • Detail oriented and tech savvy

  • Bachelor's degree a plus

  • Automotive experience a plus
