Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is seeking friendly and motivated Customer Success Reps. This person will form the first impression to many of our prospective customers and should be able to provide excellent customer service. 

This is a B2C opportunity, and leads are pre-qualified. You will place outbound calls to, and receive inbound calls from, warm leads. Prospective clients are interested in taking advantage of membership and/or service promotions for both soon-to-open and existing stores.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent level of activity and performance based on the expected KPIs of the role
• Nurture existing contacts with phone calls, emails and text messages and follow up in accordance with a prescribed frequency
• Qualify and educate leads on offerings based on specific campaigns
• Maintain current product knowledge of all Restore modalities and educate potential clients on those modalities
• Present a clear, articulate summary of progress and findings within a store's region including products in use and common objections

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Technologically savvy
• At least two years sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Weekend Availability (Schedules will be set by Manager each month)
• 40hr work week
