About the Role

The Corporate Sales Coordinator role is responsible for the coordination and success of Corporate Sales Enablement programs. While driving global consistency and alignment, the successful candidate will create, coordinate, and execute seamless enablement programs for the Corporate Sales organization.

This role will be based in Sunnyvale, CA, Austin, TX (US Based) and will focus on Corporate Sales worldwide.

The position will report to the Corporate Sales Coach & Enablement Lead..

What you'll do

Organize and coordinate Corporate Sales enablement programs to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity and ramp.

  • Work with Sales Leaders and Corporate Sales Coach to identify needs and support creation of training content or design to improve results.

  • Assist in creation and administration of Sales Learning Paths for Corporate Sales programs in our Sales Enablement Platform.

  • Project manage the rollout of discrete enablement programs, such as role plays, coaching sessions, sales kick off, etc.

  • Create and distribute supporting tools, resources, facilitation guides and workshop elements for successful delivery. 

  • Coordinate with broader sales enablement team to align on Corporate Initiatives and programs, to share best practices and deliver cohesive enablement execution.

  • Support project management for deployment of tools, processes, and training for the Sales Enablement team

Centrally coordinate communications & planning for Sales Enablement programs.

  • Manage the Corporate Sales specific sales onboarding (FPI, FQT) and ongoing enablement programs (Role Plays) and calendar, ensuring that reps and managers are informed of the process and schedule.

  • Ensure trainers are scheduled and on time, as required for the program, finding backfills as needed.

  • Communication and stakeholder management: you'll need to be able to connect with sales reps and key stakeholders alike to figure out how to build the right content, processes, and training

  • Manage multiple simultaneous communication streams to various cohorts / enablement programs while maintaining brand consistency for enablement initiatives.

Build a culture of learning & growth through establishing accountability models.

  • Drive consumption | utilization of training, implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, and continuously evaluate knowledge transfer and learning needs.

  • Own the end to end enablement reporting process for Corporate Sales, including enrollment, attendance, completion, grading (rubriks) and post-event survey process.

  • Integrate Corporate Sales programs results and activity data into existing Dashboards for manager line of sight visibility into team engagement. 

  • Ad-hoc enablement projects to improve the enablement program.

What You’ll Need

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree or related work experience.

  • Experience: 0-2 year relevant work experience in a sales enablement or project management role. 

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional and engaging interpersonal communication style that transverses the virtual world. Works well with colleagues in multiple global locations.

  • Project Management: Very organized and able to handle competing priorities to achieve quality results on time. Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Able to take multiple ideas. organize them and offer suggestions to improve operations.

  • Team: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Travel: Willing and able to travel internationally, when necessary and safe, (25%+) to facilitate various training programs.
