About the department
The Sales Enablement team delivers learning solutions that promote growth and collaboration of the Cloudflare sales and partner community. We provide a structured framework of sales enablement processes and tools to address the needs of our sales staff globally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver training at our HQ for internal sales and partner system engineers, and other technical functions
Conducting Instructor Certification Workshops and Train the Trainer sessions - Develop and manage technical sales training curriculum, including self-paced courses, Online certification exams, instructor-led training, and ongoing enablement
- Work closely with solution engineering team, product management, product marketing, and sales enablement team to identify technical enablement needs and develop training solutions
- Collaborate with the global head of sales enablement and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Design and develop scaled, online certification programs for internal sales and partner sales engineer and implementer profiles.
- Curate existing technical content and develop new technical content.
- Develop and deliver partner enablement content on-site and at partner locations
- Assist the sales enablement team in other enablement tasks such as on-boarding boot camp, new product training, and facilitate regular sales enablement webinars for ongoing knowledge transfer
Required Education And Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technical sales enablement
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Storyline, Adobe Captivate
- Must be highly organized and possess exceptional time management skills, with the ability to effectively juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Over 2 years experience working with Learning Management Systems
- Proven experience delivering technical training to a technical audience.
Desired Skills:
- Cloud based platforms, cyber security experience strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Networking IP, Internet security, and Web optimization experience preferred.
- Familiarity with software development, coding, and scripting.
- A portfolio of eLearning course design, web design, and/or graphic design work
- Google - G-suite familiarity preferred
