Summary of Role

Levelset expects the Sales Enablement Manager to develop enablement strategies, create new content & build trainings for the entire sales team in order to achieve more consistent revenue attainment. This role is designed for a “builder” who wants to create things from the ground up and turn their ideas into actionable programs. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Report to Director of Sales Enablement
  • Review current onboarding experience and seek ways to reduce time to first deal
  • Review current transition to ramped quota and seek ways to hit 80%+ every month
  • Implement recurring training schedule for tenured sales reps
  • Be a project manager: create workshops, certifications, review programs, etc
  • Work with frontline Sales Managers to shadow calls/demos and coach deals
  • Work with the Sales Enablement Coordinator to develop LMS certification paths
  • Work with the Revenue Ops Manager to build a simplified CRM experience
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure alignment of messaging and content usage
  • Work with People Ops to assist in recruiting and interview new sales candidates
  • Review rep and leadership feedback to implement requested changes

What You Bring

  • Experience in sales enablement/training/coaching specifically required (2+ years)
  • Excellent communication and cooperative skills are a must for this role
  • Salesforce & G Suite experience required
  • Outreach, Lessonly & Seismic experience preferred
  • Must be comfortable leading trainings via Zoom
