About the role:

LumApps is seeking an ambitious and passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our North American team. The ideal candidate is motivated by driving our sales teams to achieve desired revenue growth. The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for owning the content, tools, processes, training and cross-functional relationships that improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. This individual will also  be responsible for owning the end-to-end onboarding and training program for LumApps solutions. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and provide consistent improvements to Sales Enablement tools to improve Sales productivity and ease of doing business
  • Coordinate timely and efficient learning of our product to maximize sales rep and CSM proficiency in growing and protecting revenue
  • Simplify execution on the Sales process by improving cross-functional processes, operations, training, and communications
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions
  • Uncover gaps in processes, operations and reporting and developing solutions alongside cross-functional teams to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide coaching during deal reviews across sales teams to assist reps with strategy, model coaching techniques for sales managers, and increase win rates
  • Ensure that the team is leveraging their counterparts effectively and provide additional coaching and tools as needed to increase pipeline and velocity

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years Sales Enablement experience, building and managing Sales Enablement programs in service to Sales achieving pipeline and revenue targets
  • Skilled in communication, leadership development, and content creation
  • Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
  • Experience coaching and motivating others
  • Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team
  • B2B experience within a SaaS company is preferred

Our office is located just outside downtown Austin on the corner of South 1st and Riverside. We're in a great location, within walking distance to a ton of great fitness clubs, restaurants and bars!
