We are on a quest to make game launches flawless. As gamers ourselves, the Multiplay sales team are sick and tired of new multiplayer games having issues at launch which stops us playing them! As a sales team, we work with developers and publishing companies to show them how Multiplay technology and services make this a reality. If you have a track record of smashing your sales goals during the day and gaming at night come join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with existing Multiplay key clients and generate new business revenue
  • Ensure that the online sales margin targets are achieved on a consistent basis from both existing clients and new clients
  • Responsible for complete sales cycle from initial opportunity identification through to close
  • Manage and prioritize multiple opportunities within a mix of large strategic opportunities and smaller clients to ensure full pipe coverage
  • Identify new opportunities within existing clients and new potential clients from multiple channels including trade shows and cold calling
  • Articulate the Multiplay value proposition to all levels within a target organization
  • Provide accurate updates of customer engagement activities and associated sales forecasts in the CRM Platform (Salesforce.com)
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that the delivered solution matches the client’s expectations
  • Prepare and deliver exceptional proposals, presentations and pitches on the full range of Multiplay online products and services

Requirements

  • Business sales experience, preferably within the hosting, cloud, or server space
  • Flexible and dynamic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while adapting to change
  • Strong negotiation skills and able to close sales propositions
  • Motivated, organized, independent and results-driven

  • A successful background in selling into the games industry
