Position Overview

 

We’re looking for a superstar Sales Manager to help Indio scale a rapidly growing sales team. This individual will ideally have prior experience in leading a team focused on selling workflow solution SaaS, and be highly product oriented. Indio is constantly innovating product, meaning that there will be a growing need to communicate / teach / and master an ever evolving value proposition with both a scaling sales team as well as our target market.

Particularly important to this role is someone that has experience and knows the importance of a rapidly expanding sales organization. Do you thrive in a fast pace environment? Responsibilities
 

  • The Sales Manager reports directly to Indio’s Head of Sales and is an integral partner to the development and scaling of a rapidly expanding team

  • Cleary articulate Indio’s value proposition and return on investment

  • Utilize sales enablement through a full sales cycle, including management of the sales pipeline through provided sales tools (Salesforce & SalesLoft)

  • Collaborate with Client Success through handoff to ensure that expectations set during the sales process and met in delivery

  • Provide ongoing feedback from agencies to Marketing and Product teams as well

  • Make 25-50 calls per day to build and manage a lead pipeline

  • Stay on top of the trends impacting our core audience

  • Lead a team of Sales Account Executives

  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Executives through multiple recruiting channels

  • Drive a performance culture within the sales team

  • Provide training and support to the sales team to better understand Indio’s products (industry, workflow, value proposition, industry tech systems)

  • Regularly conduct call reviews and coaching sessions with Account Executives

  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Operations to ensure lead quality, quantity, and proper follow up

  • Provide detailed analysis and reporting on team’s performance as well as accurate forecasts to Head of Sales

  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and productivity

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with: Sales Operations to establish reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales activities; Marketing to define campaign, lead generation, brand recognition needs; Product to communicate front line product development needs and trends in the industry

  • Exceed weekly, monthly, quarterly assigned targets for revenue and sales activities

 

Our Ideal Candidate
 

  • 5+ years experience in outbound sales as an individual contributor and/or management role (Commercial Insurance, or Workflow SaaS highly preferred)

  • Coachable, and able to execute a repeatable process

  • Values consistency and efficiency, and has a history that backs it up

  • Thrives on multitasking while being very detail oriented

  • Self-motivated to learn and succeed in a results-driven environment

  • Able to motivate, and is a servant “boots on the ground” leader

  • Demonstrated ability to develop people

  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant work experience)
