Job Description

Our Sales Manager will mentor, guide and manage a team of Sales Specialists to reach sales goals. Come be the advocate to our Sales Specialist so we may provide top of the line service to our customers.
What you'll do:
- Mentor and manage the performance and all aspects of operations of a high performance sales team
- Meet established sales quotas
- Train and develop the sales team to adhere to the Business Services Department's culture and standards
- Takes ownership of escalated calls to resolution
- Create daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports to submit to Director of Sales
- Conduct performance reviews to support skill sets and career development
- Maintain working knowledge of LegalZoom policies and regulations that govern LegalZoom
- Create and implement projects to improve sales conversion
- Promotes consistent operation, sales policies, performance management and procedures outlined by headquarter (HQ) in Los Angeles
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of management experience in a sales environment
- Sales experience
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Efficient in multi-tasking (managing workload and time)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Adept at problem solving and making critical decisions
- Ability to interpret and implement company and state policies and processes
- Ability to grasp new and complex concepts
- Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of business and legal vocabulary preferred
