Job Description

Our Sales Manager will mentor, guide and manage a team of Sales Specialists to reach sales goals. We're dedicated to our employees and we're seeking an individual who brings a positive attitude, excellent soft skills and approachability. Come be the advocate to our Sales Specialist so we may provide top of the line service to our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Mentor and manage the performance and all aspects of operations of a high performance sales team
  • Meet established sales quotas
  • Train and develop the sales team to adhere to the Business Services Department's culture and standards
  • Takes ownership of escalated calls to resolution
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports to submit to Director of Sales
  • Conduct performance reviews to support skill sets and career development
  • Maintain working knowledge of LegalZoom policies and regulations that govern LegalZoom
  • Create and implement projects to improve sales conversion
  • Promotes consistent operation, sales policies, performance management and procedures outlined by headquarter (HQ) in Los Angeles

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of management experience in a sales environment
  • Sales experience
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Efficient in multi-tasking (managing workload and time)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Adept at problem solving and making critical decisions
  • Ability to interpret and implement company and state policies and processes
  • Ability to grasp new and complex concepts
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of business and legal vocabulary preferred
