We are looking for a Sales Manager who has the ability to lead a team of hungry salespeople who are eager to become elitists in their craft of selling. The Sales Manager is critical to the success of the department and is expected to have the ability to sell the product themselves, maximize sales revenue, ramp-up new hires, develop career paths tailored to each individual and most importantly, lead by example. The ideal Sales Manager is an experienced and professional closer who is well versed in the art of transactional selling, using proven selling methodologies and skills. You will be proficient in not only your ability to help your team prospect and close, but measure KPI metrics of each of your team members, exceed quota(s) and possess the critical passion to further sharpen your leadership skills. This position will directly impact the sales team’s revenue flow and you must be confident that you have what it takes.

What you will do:

  • Possess strong phone sales skills to lead and organize the efforts of a team of 8-16 sales reps
  • Work with fellow Sales Managers to gather and interpret information on metrics to drive and close business
  • Work creatively and independently to create a unique sales culture that positively impacts your team
  • Aid the sales team in every aspect of fostering and developing solid sales transactions
  • Monitor each salesperson’s daily performance
  • Prepare and conduct regular sales meetings with your team and department
  • Execute on trainings that are in line with the OE sales process and philosophy
  • Review sales performance of your salespeople and motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements
  • Assist team members in the sales process when necessary through call coaching by verbally feeding them line by line, in the moment
  • Lead by example and carry a quota for up to 4 months
  • Possess a strong sense of urgency that never settles for anything less than 110%

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, notably being able to explain value propositions to identified key decisions makers
  • Deliver, coach and develop team members, even on Saturdays
  • Superior listening and public speaking skills
  • Leverage tons of data to help your reps sell
  • Possess an attitude of excellence, discipline, and sacrifice
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented inside sales team
  • General knowledge in industries such as Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance
  • Excellent questioning, qualification, objection handling and closing skills
  • Ability to identify appropriate sales strategies to execute on a sales plan
  • A self-starter who thrives under pressure to achieve challenging goals
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with change, even if you don’t personally agree with it
  • Knowledge in Salesforce and Excel
